  • Why would I use CB3 and not my bank?
    At CB3 we assist businesses that trade internationally save money, manage risk and navigate the foreign exchange markets. We only deal in Foreign Exchange, so we specialsie in it. We have years of expereince delaing in this industry and have handled over 20,000 payments.
  • Can you save money against my bank?
    At CB3, we will save you up to 5% against using your bank. This simple reality is that they charge a large commission and then also a payment fee of between $10-$20 usually. We will provide a better exchange rate, and cover all fees.
  • What fees do you charge?
    At CB3, we do not charge any fees at all. We charge no account opening fees, or monthly fees, or transaction fees. We make our money in between where we purchase the funds and then pass it on to clients, it's all built in and makes it simple and easy.
  • Is my money safe? Are you regulated?

  • What is the process to get started?
    The first step is to speak with us, we will understand what you are looking to do and see if we are the right fit for you. If we feel we can add value to you, we will complete an online registration, upload ID documents and get your account active.

    Yes, we have a great solution which allows you to receive funds from over 30 countries. We can assist with international banking, speak to us for more information.
  • I sell online and get paid in USD, can you help?"
    We sure can, it's a area we specialise in. We have several clients that recieve funds in multiple currencies, we can help save time and money and take the hassle out of this for you. We can also provide in country accounts, speak to us about this.
  • I already use PayPal or Stripe, should I change?"
    You should definatley speak to you us, while PayPal and Stripe are very conveinient for online sales, the process to then move that money bak to your home country is where we can help you save up to potentially 3-5% in fees.
  • Why do you need ID?
    We are authorised and regulated by ASIC, we need to understand the following areas. Where is money is coming from, who the money is coming from, where it is going, and the reasons why. All will be covered in your discussions with us.
  • How long does a payment take?
    Unline banks we do not hold onto your money, we get it in and out the same day, with funds arriving same day or next day. By using Ebury's Tier 1 banking network payments are very quick and land with recipeints very fast.
  • How do I know my money have been transferred?
    We keep you informed every step of the way, first you'll get a contract note, outlining your transaction, we will then confirm once we have receievd your funds, and then again when your payment has been sent. All usually on the same day.
  • Can I check my balances
    Yes, you have 24/7 access to your online dashboard, and you can see which currencies and how much you have at anytime.
